Staff Passwords

Staff will now be logging in using their uNID (u0123456) and CIS password. Note that if you have access to sensitive information such as employee records, your network password may be different than your CIS/KRONOS password. It will still be the same as the password you use to log in to lab computers, wireless, UMail, my.utah.edu, and other services. This password can be set at https://unid.utah.edu/.

Resetting Your Password

There are several ways to reset your login password. You can reset it yourself through the Campus Information System by clicking "Forgot your Password?" below the login form. You will be asked to verify some information including the answers to your security questions. You can also reset your password by coming to the Knowledge Commons with photo ID, or by calling the Campus Help Desk at 581-4000. The Knowledge Commons cannot reset your password over the phone.
