• New 20" iMacs featuring 2.16 GHz dual core processors, 1 GB RAM, and built-in microphones and webcams.
• New PCs featuring 2.19 GHz dual core processors, 1 GB RAM, and 20" flat panel monitors.

Software

• Mac OS X version 10.4.10 has been deployed to all lab Macs.
• Adobe Creative Suite 3 (CS3) has been deployed to all lab Macs. CS3 contains Acrobat Professional, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, and more.
• Marratech web conferencing is available to all lab users. It allows you to collaborate and manage information in a browser-free, cross platform, and secure environment over any broadband or faster Internet connection. Click here for more information.

• The University of Utah is now taking part in iTunes U. Find more information about iTunes U and podcast creation here.
• iPods are now available for two-day checkout at the Multimedia Center. These iPods can be used for iTunes U or library tours.
