When importing video files into the computer for editing, see what kind of media you are importing from. If you have a MiniDV tape without a camcorder, you can use the DV deck at the MVMac-4 station. If you have a DV camcorder, you can plug it in to any station using the FireWire cord on the desk.
|
Media Converter / FireWire DV Device Warning: To avoid DV conflicts only one DV device can be powered on at a time! If you are using a DV Camcorder, then TURN OFF THE MEDIA CONVERTER. Likewise, if you need to use the Media Converter to covert digital to analog, you will need to TURN OFF THE DV CAMCORDER/DECK.
